01-03-2003: You know, philanthropists rule.
The mystery donor has struck again in Morgantown, West Virginia, USA.
Since 1978, a mystery donor has given at least $1000 to the local branch of the Salvation Army each year. And this year was even better - the donor left a $1000 bill, a $500 bill, both wrapped up in a $1 bill. It's always a different kettle, and it's always a large amount of money.
Please read the Modesto Bee's story, as I cannot do this donor justice.
A big salute! to this donor. The Salvation Army is a very good cause to give to.
